Our products (Eternal Gardens, Kokedamas, etc.) are living and artisanal compositions.

• Variations: When working with natural elements (plants, moss, cork), it is impossible for two identical pieces to exist. The photographs on the website are a faithful representation of the product, but the size, shape and tone of the plants may vary slightly.
• Quality: We guarantee that the value and quality of the delivered product will always match or exceed that of the requested product.

The prices shown include the applicable VAT in Spain. Payment is made through secure gateways (Shopify Payments / Stripe / PayPal). Silvestra never has access to your complete banking data; these are managed directly by the financial institution in an encrypted manner.

We ship to Peninsular Spain.

• Preparation time: Being a living product that requires hydration and prior preparation, our processing times usually range between 7 and 10 days.
• Delivery responsibility: If the order cannot be delivered because the customer has provided an incorrect or incomplete address, or due to repeated absence, the costs of a second shipment will be borne by the customer.

Following Art. 103 of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users:

• Perishable Products (Plants and Terrariums): The right of withdrawal (return for change of mind) is NOT admitted for natural plants and terrariums, as they are living beings that can deteriorate quickly in constant round-trip transport.
• Arrival in poor condition: If the product arrives broken or damaged by transport, the customer has 24 hours after receipt to notify us with photographs to hola@silvestra.es. In this case, we will proceed with the free replacement of the piece.
• Non-Perishable Products (Accessories): For items that are not living plants, the customer has 14 calendar days to return the product, assuming the shipping costs of the return.

For the resolution of all disputes or issues related to this website, Spanish legislation will apply, with the Courts and Tribunals of Seville being competent for the resolution of all conflicts derived from or related to its use.
