Shipping, Guarantees and Calm

We want your experience to be as relaxed as our eternal gardens. Here we explain how your order travels, how it arrives and what happens if something unexpected arises. No impossible-to-read fine print.

How and when does your order arrive?

Artisan Preparation: We are not a factory, we are a workshop. Each eternal garden is prepared and hydrated on demand so it arrives perfect. That's why our standard preparation + shipping time is 7 to 10 business days (although sometimes we run faster).

  • Territory: We ship to all of peninsular Spain. (For now we don't reach the Islands, Ceuta or Melilla due to the delicacy of transport).
  • Cost: Shipping is FREE on orders over 59€ (adjust according to your policy). For the rest, you'll see the exact cost before paying.
  • Courier: We work with companies specialized in fragile transport.
  • Deliveries: Monday to Friday. On weekends we rest and so do the plants.

Important: Make sure to give us the correct address. If the package bounces because the address was wrong or there was no one after several attempts, we will have to charge you for the second shipment. Better check it twice!

"Complicated" Places (Hospitals and Offices)

If you send a gift to a hospital, hotel or large office building, keep in mind that couriers usually only reach reception.

  • Hospitals: We need the ward and room number. Keep in mind that many ICUs do not admit plants.
  • Hotels: Tell us the full name of the person who has the reservation and their room number.

Note: If the center rejects the package or they cannot deliver it in person to the final recipient due to their internal rules, we cannot be responsible (nor refund the shipping), although we will do everything possible to make it arrive.

Perfect Arrival Guarantee (Returns)

We know that buying glass online is scary. That's why we've created our Perfect Arrival Guarantee.

If it arrives broken or in poor condition: Total peace of mind. If you open the box and the eternal garden has suffered an accident on the journey:

  • Take a photo of the broken piece and the box within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Send it to us at hola@silvestra.es.
  • We'll send you a new one completely free. No questions asked.

Right of Withdrawal (Change of mind):

  • Live Products (Eternal Gardens): By law, natural plants are considered perishable goods and do not accept returns if there are no defects (since they suffer a lot on the round trip). But if you have any problem, write to us and we'll find a solution.
  • Non-Live Products (Accessories/Decoration): You have 14 days to return them if you haven't used them and keep the packaging. Write to us and we'll tell you how to send it back (the shipping costs for this shipment are on you).

Cancellations

Have you changed your mind or got the date wrong?

  • With time (48h before): If you notify us at least 2 business days before the order ships, we'll refund your money in full.
  • Last minute: If the order is already assembled and labeled (less than 48h before), we won't be able to cancel it because we will have already invested hours of work and fresh plants in it.

Unique Pieces (Craftsmanship Notice)

Remember that we work with nature, not with molds.

  • Plants may vary slightly in shape or tone from the photo.
  • Cork is natural bark and each piece has its own cracks and personality.
  • Your eternal garden will be unique. If the exact variety of a plant is not available at the nursery, we will use one of equal or superior quality maintaining the aesthetics of the original design.

Secure Payment Methods

You can pay safely with Card (Visa, Mastercard...) or PayPal. We use encrypted payment gateways (SSL), so your data never touches our servers.
